Intellectual Property Policy – Skill Stream Training Center

This policy aims to protect the intellectual property rights of the center, trainers, and the training content provided, ensuring its use in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Principles of Intellectual Property

1. Ownership of Content

• All training materials provided by Skill Stream Training Center, including:
  (videos, files, training packages, presentations, recordings, exercises, activities, and any digital content on the platform)
  are the exclusive intellectual property of the center or the contracted trainers according to official agreements.

• No trainee or third party may use, claim, modify, or redistribute any part of the content without written permission from the center.

2. Permitted Use

• Trainees are allowed to use the content solely for personal learning purposes.

• Use of the content for training, commercial, research, or public dissemination purposes outside the platform is strictly prohibited without prior approval from the center.

3. Prohibitions

Trainees or any other party are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, recording, or capturing any sessions, videos, or files.

• Redistributing, selling, or sharing the content with any third party.

• Uploading content to the internet, social media platforms, or groups.

• Sharing platform login credentials with anyone else.

4. Enforcement & Penalties

• Any violation of this policy constitutes a direct breach of intellectual property rights and may result in:
  

  • Termination of the trainee’s registration without refund.

  • Legal actions in accordance with intellectual property laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • Claiming compensation for any damages caused by the violation.

5. Rights of the Center

• Skill Stream Training Center reserves the right to monitor and track any suspected violations on or off the platform.

• The center may amend this policy as needed, with updates published through official communication channels.

6. Acknowledgment & Compliance

By registering for any training course, the trainee acknowledges and agrees to fully comply with all provisions of this Intellectual Property Policy
